Terms of service.
These terms govern your use of swaadmeem.com and any purchase you make from us. Please read them carefully. By using the site or placing an order you agree to be bound by them.

1. About us
swaadmeem.com is operated by Swaad Meem, a boutique jewellery brand based in Pakistan. Throughout these terms “Swaad Meem”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Swaad Meem, and “you” and “your” refer to the person using the site or placing an order.
2. Eligibility
To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. By ordering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that any payment method you use is your own or that you are authorised to use it.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts that are used in breach of these terms.
4. Products & availability
Every piece is made in small batches, so stock can move quickly. We display availability in real time but items may occasionally sell out between page-load and checkout. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will let you know and refund any payment in full. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any item ordered, discontinue any product, and correct errors in product descriptions, imagery, or pricing.
5. Handmade variation
Our jewellery is crafted by hand. Small variations in stones, finish, weight, and colour tone between pieces — and between the photograph and the piece you receive — are inherent to the craft and are not defects.
6. Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you confirm the order. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
7. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout unless you choose cash on delivery, in which case the courier collects payment on your doorstep. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers. We may cancel any order where payment cannot be authorised or where fraud is suspected.
8. Order acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a shipping confirmation for that order. Until then, we may decline or cancel the order for any reason, including stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspected misuse of the site.
9. Shipping & delivery
We ship nationwide across Pakistan, typically within 2–5 working days of dispatch. You will receive a tracking link once your parcel is with the courier. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title to the goods pass to you on delivery to the address you provided.
10. Returns & exchanges
Our returns and exchanges policy forms part of these terms and explains the timeframes, condition requirements, and process for returning an item. Please read it before requesting a return.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this site — product designs, photography, illustrations, text, logos, and the site itself — is owned by Swaad Meem or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may browse and share links to our content, but you may not copy, reproduce, modify, or use it commercially without our prior written permission.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site in any way that is unlawful, infringes the rights of others, or disrupts the operation of the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping content at scale, uploading malicious code, or interfering with security features.
13. User submissions
Any review, photo, comment, or other content you submit to us grants Swaad Meem a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with our business. You confirm that the content is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else’s rights.
14. Third-party services
The site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example payment processors and couriers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk.
15. Disclaimers
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, that are not expressly set out in these terms, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swaad Meem’s total liability arising out of or in connection with any order or your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Swaad Meem harmless against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
18. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier failures, network outages, and acts of government.
19. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it. By using the site you agree to that policy.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies to any order placed after it is posted. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
21. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
