By browsing or buying from swaadmeem.com, you agree to the terms below. They’re short on purpose.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Because every piece is made in small batches, an item may occasionally sell out between page-load and checkout — in that case we refund in full.
Pricing & payment
Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan; the courier collects payment on your doorstep.
Shipping
We ship nationwide within 2–5 working days of dispatch. You will receive a tracking link once your parcel is with the courier. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Product representation
We photograph every piece as accurately as possible, but handmade items have small natural variations in stones, finish, and weight. These are features, not defects.
