We keep it brief: we collect only what we need to fulfil your order and stay in touch, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
When you place an order or create an account we store your name, email, shipping address, and phone number. Our payment provider handles card details directly — we never see them. Our site uses basic analytics (Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights) which record anonymous page views and performance metrics.
How we use it
To process your orders, send order updates, respond to messages, and — if you opt in — share occasional news about new pieces. That’s all.
Who we share with
Only the services that help us run the shop: Supabase (database and auth), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), and the courier carrying your parcel. Each is bound by their own privacy commitments.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email hello@swaadmeem.com and we’ll action it within 30 days.
