We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, here’s how to make it right.
7-day window
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. The piece must be unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the order number.
How to start a return
Email hello@swaadmeem.com with your order number and a short note. We’ll arrange a pick-up through our courier partner or share a return address within 24 hours.
Refunds
Once the piece is back with us and passes a short quality check, we process the refund within 5 working days. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
What we can’t accept
Bespoke commissions, altered pieces, and items damaged after delivery are non-returnable. If a piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll replace it.
